The Choir are delighted to be performing with the Coquet Concert Band at our Spring Concert on Saturday 25th April in Chester Town Hall at 7pm.
Coquet Concert Band
Based in the heart of Northumberland, our ensemble brings together musicians from all walks of life, united by a shared love for the wind band repertoire and a passion for making music accessible, engaging, and fun.
The Coquet Concert Band is dedicated to bringing high-quality live music to the Coquet Valley and beyond. Our members range from seasoned performers to those returning to their instruments after a break, creating a rich tapestry of sound that is as inclusive as it is ambitious.
Under our conductor, Andy Taylor, the band has expanded its horizons, exploring everything from original wind band compositions and swinging big-band hits to regional folk tunes and contemporary scores of stage and screen.
