We recently went on our annual tour and this year we went to the beautiful Studley Castle in Warwickshire. We stopped on the way at Shrewsbury Abbey to perform in amazing surroundings and were joined by some of the members of Shrewsbury Male Voice Choir. It was great to meet up with them and they joined us to sing You'll Never Walk Alone.
After this we made our way to Studley Castle, where on a very hot weekend we were glad of the air conditioned rooms to relax in.
On the Saturday afternoon we sang in the centre of Stratford Upon Avon to a very appreciative group of people and spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the delights of Stratford. As you can see from the photographs a great deal of fun was had by all and even included an impromptu concert on the Sunday afternoon in the grounds of Studley Castle. It was fantastic to be all together and be able to meet socially. Well done to our Chairman, Ron Webster for organising the weekend.
