I now live in Sweden for the past 23 years. From my childhood years I was raised on the bi-annual concerts,naturally, since Les Groom was my Uncle. I have so many,so many happy memories of Fred\'s wonderful personality and energetic conducting and of the Choir\'s indelible performances.Visions and melodies that have been a source of joy, comfort and inspiration throughout most of my 67 years.

One more Christmas concert to go ! What a really great run of concerts we have had this Christmas - huge well done to all. Just keep it up for one more in the Gladstone theatre on Monday - I only hope that the snow keeps at bay. Thanks to Helen, Bev, Lance, Pam, Jim and everyone who has helped to make our Christmas season of concerts so special.

so sorry that i have not been apart of recent concerts due my work commitments , but i look forward to the new year so Rodney can frown at the voice at the back in first bass again. ha. !!!!!!!! in the meantime may i and Christine wish you all my fellow choir freinds and your good ladys a very happy xmas and healthy new year, and special thanks to Rodney Beverly and Lance .

Just listened to Utube version by your choir of Eli Jenkins Prayer with narration by choir member. It is absolutely perfect and beautiful and easily the best version I have come across. Do you have it on a CD or DVD that I might purchase? yours hopefully,
